Dr Sachin Shetty is a rehabilitation and pain physician with Neuro Spine Clinic, operating from the Prince of Wales public and private hospitals in Randwick, Sydney.

His clinical expertise is in spinal injuries, regional pain, rehabilitation issues, and the management of various acute and persistent pain. He mainly uses ultrasound guidance for interventional pain management strategies to avoid radiation and anaesthetic risks. Dr Shetty utilises a holistic approach focusing on exploring multi-disciplinary, non-interventional, and interventional surgical approaches to maximise quality of life.

Dr Shetty is the Director of the Prince of Wales Spinal Injuries Unit and Pain Management departments and the Pain Rehabilitation to Improve Self-Management (PRISM) Program at Prince of Wales Hospital Pain Clinic. He is also the Director of Training in Rehabilitation Medicine at Prince of Wales and the conjoint senior lecturer at the UNSW Medical School where his strong academic interests are fulfilled.
